The Belterra table was created for the Museum of Science of the Amazon (MUCA), located in Vila Americana — popularly known as Fordlândia — in Pará. Revitalized and expanded, the 1930s architectural complex will house an innovative museum dedicated to biodiversity and bioeconomy, with a project by Studio Arthur Casas.
The Belterra table was created for the Museum of Science of the Amazon (MUCA), located in Vila Americana — popularly known as Fordlândia — in Pará. Revitalized and expanded, the 1930s architectural complex will house an innovative museum dedicated to biodiversity and bioeconomy, with a project by Studio Arthur Casas.
Belterra’s central leg has a cylindrical shape, with a wider diameter at the base for added stability. The top is made of 30 mm stone or wood, with a rounded edge for comfortable forearm support.
