Studio Arthur Casas joins COP30 in Belém-PA, Brazil
In a talk with Taissa Buescu at REGENERA Project, Arthur Casas presented the Centro de Intercâmbio Moitará, located in the Indigenous territory of Xingu, and the architectural complex of the Amazon Science Museum, in Belterra (PA) — projects that strengthen the power of dialogue between architecture and territory in building a more sustainable future.
Allard Oscar Freire wins three categories at the GRI Awards Real Estate Brazil 2025
Currently under construction, the Studio Arthur Casas project for Gafisa was awarded 1st place in Sustainable Feature of the Year, 2nd in Residential Project of the Year, and 3rd in Architecture of the Year. Located at the intersection of Oscar Freire and Consolação Streets, the development features a 123-meter residential tower and an active base hosting a hotel, gastronomy, wellness services, and retail.
