The Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper of April 17th, 2009 published a note in Monica Bergamo's columns about Praca Pacaembu project, another Arthur Casas' project.As requested by Viva Pacaembu NGO, the architects Arthur Casas e Joao Valente and the landscaping designer Gil Fialho designed a public park along to a sloped area with 3280sqm (35305sqft), located behind the Pacaembu Stadium. Arthur Casas has mentioned the first phase of the project is to built a wall around the property and then start with the landscaping design, built a deck and the public spaces.Per Viva Pacaembu NGO point of view the area is degraded, some parts of the area are invaded by homeless and transgressors , a violent and dangerous area.

Highland Park and its surrounding environs has long been the epicenter for the support and proliferation of the arts and fashion in Dallas. In doing so, the community has supported the context where all of Dallas comes together and mingles with a unique and powerful energy.We were struck by this energy and sought to create a facility where art inspired our design.Produced in collaboration with one of the world's most noted architect's, Arthur Casas, we created an exterior that is striking along the Oaklawn/Preston corridor.We introduced a new "green" in a very paved section of Oaklawn, with a backdrop of a 3 story luminous wall. Forcefully composed, is a stoic steel volume, dramatic in its horizontally wrapping Oaklawn to Newton. Together they make a "museum" statement. The statement becomes a story and journey when you enter into a 22' high gallery that connects the front garden of the property to the rear garden. The gallery supports local artists to display and promote their work.The language of the gardens are organic and simple. This translates into the finishes and colors of the interior. Warm earth tones, renewable materials, are balanced by the energy and vibrancy of organic forms rendered in glass, luminescent panels, and iridescent mosaic tile.

After being awarded the RedDot 2008 International Design Award, the cutlery line designed by architect Arthur Casas for Riva will be sold at the MoMA Store in New York City. The cutlery’s design was based on the geometry of a common Brazilian snake, the Jararaca.
